Big Bag Folding System
Spiroflow's Big Bag Folder is a fully self-contained system for flattening and folding used FIBCs.
The equipment has an integral dust port to evacuate residual product and dust from the bag, while its practical design and construction allows for easy access and cleaning.
Operation sequence:

1. Operator places the empty bag onto the machine. |
2. The spout of the bag is placed under the dust extraction vent. |
3. A pneumatic clamp holds the spout in place. |

4. Operator folds the bag. Displaced dust flows into the dust extractor. |
5. Pneumatic clamp is released. |
6. The bag is removed. |
|
7. The system can be disassembled for ease of cleaning. |
8. The whole system can then be washed. |
