The justifications for vacuum conveying are its simplicity of operation, ability to negotiate lengthy and tortuous routes and the hygienic transfer of materials. Product is conveyed from a feed source to a delivery point suspended in a stream of gas - usually air. When particulate materials are metered into an air-stream at an optimum solids to air ratio, the differential air pressure generated via a vacuumpump creates a high enough velocity to move the materials within the conveying tube.
We offer vacuum systems in their own right and also to work in conjunction with our big bag and sack handling products. We are well qualified to design and install comprehensive turnkey vacuum conveying installations for which the all important control panels are designed and manufactured in-house. Our controls and equipment can be produced to meet the requirements of the ATEX/DSEAR directives relating to flammable and explosive atmospheres.

Built-in quality
Advanced manufacturing techniques are the key elements in the quality of Pneuvac components and allow for the most finite tolerance of machined parts. Seamless welds are used throughout the construction of critical parts ensuring smooth, crevice-free joints. This not only facilitates cleaning, but is also especially important in the transfer of food and pharmaceutical products.

Design detail
Attention to detail is fundamental to the design philosophy of Pneuvac conveyors. Such as the machined sealing flanges on the PF feeder series, and standard USDA-complying inset 'O' rings. Even the smallest loader incorporates a multi-filter with solenoid valve actuation and reverse pulse jet filter cleaning.
Materials testing facilities
Comprehensive testing facilities offer customers the benefits of trial runs of their materials before any system is specified. This allows our engineers to optimise component parts and ensure their seamless integration into the most efficient operating system.
New and existing systems can also be customised using standard Pneuvac equipment.
Our design engineers are available to discuss any aspect of a customers' needs.
