Spiroflow Systems hosted an advanced training program for Field Representatives this week. More than 50 people from across North and South America joined us at our headquarters in Monroe, NC. The program included detailed technical training on our complete line of mechanical conveying, bulk bag filling, bulk bag unloading, automatic bagging, robotic palletizing and automation solutions.
Spiroflow Systems’ advanced training program for Field Sales Representatives included a tour of our new test lab to see our bulk material handling solutions in action. Participants saw our CTE & C1-2 Bulk Bag Fillers in operation along with our Flo 60 and T3 Loss-in-weight bulk bag unloaders. Our Flexible Screw Conveyors, Aero Mechanical Conveyors, Cableflow® Tubular Cable Drag Conveyors, Dynaflow® Tubular Chain Drag Conveyors were also demonstrated as were the Spiro-Bin Activator and Bulk Bag Conditioner.
Attendees received a complete tour of Spiroflow’s new 109,000 square foot smoke-free manufacturing facility which included the on-site training facility, shipping, receiving, production, welding, painting, controls lab, test lab and warehouse.
The jam-packed three-day program included nearly a full day of advanced sales training with John Boyens of the Boyens Group. Feedback on the sales training was overwhelmingly positive. CEO Jeff Dudas noted, ‘It was a significant investment on our part but we are committed to our field sales representatives and want to invest in their success.’
At the close of three-day program Mr. Dudas, along with VP of Sales & Marketing, Mathias Lee, shared a review of 2013 performance. They recognized Protech Equipment Company for outstanding sales performance as the top Field Representative firm in 2013. Tony Kniffen of Approtec Ran Le was recognized as the top individual Field Sales Representative in 2013. Josh Graves accepted the award on behalf of Mr. Kniffen.
