Amanda joined the After Sales department in 2014 to enhance our customer support. Having joined Spiroflow in 2003, Amanda has held various roles throughout the equipment manufacturing process and understands the need to keep information and conversation flowing throughout any situation. As our After Sales & Service Coordinator, Amanda deals with anything from day to day queries, troubleshooting, and service contracts to assisting in getting you up and running if you experience a breakdown. Amanda is always on hand whatever the situation and works closely with our Senior Service Engineers to help you keep your process running at its optimum capacity. Steve joined the Spiroflow service team in 2005 and is our go-to problem solver in the field. Steve is field based, ensuring that equipment is installed and commissioning correctly or simply providing guidance and training. There isn't a problem or challenge that he hasn't solved. Steve works diligently with Amanda and the rest of the service team to ensure somebody is always on hand to help!
Alan came to Spiroflow in 2014 and has worked hard to improve and maintain our 24-hour turnaround promise on stock replacement parts. Steve has been with Spiroflow since 1998 and has held a variety of positions in the organization. Our customers who have worked with him will tell you he is an innate problem solver with vast experience in the bulk material handling industry. As our service manager, he helps customers effectively troubleshoot issues over the phone and dispatches our service technicians for onsite commissioning and problem resolution. Jeb has been with Spiroflow since 2012. He has a rich technical background from his work in the military and has strong controls programming skills. Jon joined the Spiroflow team just this year when he relocated from Massachusetts to the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
