    Replacement Parts Manager (US)

    Jon joined the Spiroflow team just this year when he relocated from Massachusetts to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. He settled in quickly and is already working on streamlining our replacement parts ordering process. Jon gets it. When your line is down you need replacement parts fast. Whether it is a spiral, a cable, a sprocket or something else – he will get it to you quickly!

    Spare Parts Coordinator (UK)

    Kim initially joined the Spiroflow team in 2015 as our Sales Administrator but she was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager and now handles our spare parts.  She regularly goes ‘above and beyond’ to improve and maintain our 24-hour turnaround promise on stock replacement parts. Kim innately understands the need to minimize your downtime and is there to offer support even if it’s not our equipment.

  • Steve Simmons

    Service Manager (US)

    Steve has been with Spiroflow since 1998 and has held a variety of positions in the organization. Our customers who have worked with him will tell you he is an innate problem solver with vast experience in the bulk material handling industry.

    As our service manager, he helps customers effectively troubleshoot issues over the phone and dispatches our service technicians for onsite commissioning and problem resolution. Steve always goes the extra mile for you!

  • Craig Hollings

    Project Engineer - Spares & Service (UK)

    Craig joined the After Sales department in 2016 to enhance our customer support. He has held various roles throughout the equipment manufacturing process and understands the need to keep information and conversation flowing throughout any situation. As our Spares & Service Project Engineer, Craig deals with anything from day to day queries, troubleshooting, and service contracts to assisting you in getting during a breakdown. Craig is always on hand whatever the situation and works closely with our Senior Service Engineers to help you keep your process running at its optimum capacity.

    Service Technician (US)

    Jeb has been with Spiroflow since 2012. He has a rich technical background from his work in the military and has strong controls programming skills. He spends a lot of time on the road helping customers with installations, commissioning, system maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting. You are in good hands with Jeb!

  • Amanda Blewitt

    Service & Shipping Coordinator (UK)

    Amanda joined Spiroflow in 2001 as our Sales Administrator before moving over to the service department in 2015. Working closely with Steve Harrison and the installation engineers she expertly coordinates all our installation and commissioning visits across the world. Amanda understands customer requirements and liaises with other departments and the service team to provide an efficient service ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Senior Service, Installation & Commissioning Engineer (UK)

    Steve joined the Spiroflow service team in 2005 and is our go-to problem solver in the field. Steve is field based, ensuring that equipment is installed and commissioning correctly or simply providing guidance and training. There isn’t a problem or challenge that he hasn’t solved. Steve works diligently with Amanda and the rest of the service team to ensure somebody is always on hand to help!
