Previously, we have implemented control systems and safety systems for operations at water parks. Specifically lazy rivers, action rivers, multiple water slides, and chemical monitoring of all of the pools in a facility. Our controls can also interact with a site’s monitoring system to check attraction status to provide feedback for a park’s operations team.

Our team has diversified experience with web guiding, vision inspection, high-speed cameras, lot coding, and tension control. We also have general engineering and automation experience we can leverage from other industries such as conveyance and control of speed, flow, temperature, and other variables. 

Spiroflow has been a leader in the dry bulk material handling industry for over 45 years & we have provided control systems for every piece of equipment or process solution we design.  This includes controls for flexible screw conveyors, aero mechanical conveyors, tubular cable drag conveyors, drag chain conveyors, bulk bag fullers, and bulk bag unloaders (also referred to as super sack unloaders) as well as complete loss-in-weight or gain-in-weight systems, and custom processing solutions.

The Spiroflow Automation team understands that the pharmaceutical industry requires specialized knowledge of S88 batching, 21 CFR Part 11, CIP systems, electronic records, electronic batch records, and GAMP®5 systems. We will use your choice of software but often use Wonderware InBatch or RSBatch, along with Wonderware ArchestrA or FTView SE.  We can also build solid systems with the ControlLogix platform.

Spiroflow Automation’s expertise in the Foundries Industry goes back nearly 40 years. We understand core machines, molding lines, sand systems, mixers, and much more.
