To get a consistently high-quality paint finish it is imperative to control the flow of paint coming out of the specified devices. That is exactly what we do and we’ve been doing it for decades with installations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Our controls precisely oversee the pressure and flow of the spray. They also manage color changes, multiple paints on a line, and rotary/fixed atomizers. We find that automating paint and finishing systems categorically lead to quality results. We also recommend the integration of human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in order to achieve the best automation solution.

Here is an example of an electro-pneumatic control panel designed for painting drums twelve (12) different colors. The opaque plastic tubing is for the pneumatics that controls the 12 paint guns.
