Service & Shipping Coordinator (UK)
Amanda joined Spiroflow in 2001 as our Sales Administrator before moving over to the service department in 2015. Working closely with Steve Harrison and the installation engineers she expertly coordinates all our installation and commissioning visits across the world. Amanda understands customer requirements and liaises with other departments and the service team to provide an efficient service ensuring customer satisfaction.
Senior Service, Installation & Commissioning Engineer (UK)
Steve joined the Spiroflow service team in 2005 and is our go-to problem solver in the field. Steve is field based, ensuring that equipment is installed and commissioning correctly or simply providing guidance and training. There isn’t a problem or challenge that he hasn’t solved. Steve works diligently with Amanda and the rest of the service team to ensure somebody is always on hand to help!
Spare parts & Service Manager (US)
Steve has been with Spiroflow since 1998 and has held a variety of positions in the organization. Our customers who have worked with him will tell you he is an innate problem solver with vast experience in the bulk material handling industry.
As our spare parts & service manager, he helps customers effectively troubleshoot issues over the phone and dispatches our service technicians for onsite commissioning and problem resolution. Steve always goes the extra mile for you!

Spares Coordinator UK
Cathy joined Spiroflow in 2019 as our Spare Parts Coordinator and has gone from strength to strength. Cathy regularly gets 5 star reviews from customers where she has gone above and beyond to provide critical spares in a short amount of time!
