T2 Universal Bulk Bag Unloader
Our T2 bulk bag unloader by volume operates on a volume basis and enables controlled release. The flow from the bulk bag is regulated seamlessly through a built-in Spiroflow conveyor belt system connected to the discharger’s base.
This conveyor type is adept at precisely feeding the contents of bulk bags into a processing container in a manner that is both enclosed and manageable. Tailored to the specific requirements of your application, it can be equipped with a range of options. We offer customized solutions for bulk bag unloading and dispensing, suited to various needs.

T3 Loss-in-weight Bulk Bag Unloader
The T3 Loss-in-Weight Bulk Bag Unloader builds upon the proven and tested features of our Universal T2 model by incorporating a bag support dish placed on four load cells. That innovation ensures the utmost accuracy in weighing your product during discharge. Additionally, if needed, the integral transfer flexible screw conveyor can be suspended from the weigh frame, creating a fully self-contained discharge and loss-in-weight dispensing unit. T4 Single Trip Bag Bulk Bag Unloader
Single trip bulk bags are widely used in plant environments for low value or hazardous products which require a dust-free and controllable emptying method.
Our T4 bulk bag unloader can empty these disposable bags, which have no bottom spout, without waste or spills, even those containing poor flowing products, using various discharge aids and transfer conveyors to suit the application.
This model can be provided with a mobile frame, an overhead electric bag hoist and/or a double dust suppression membrane. Of course, custom designs are always available.

T5 Low Headroom Bulk Bag Unloader
This model is coupled directly to a flexible spiral or another suitable conveyor which meters ingredients from the bag either volumetrically or by weight. Ingredients can then be fed directly to mixing or other process equipment to provide a fully automatic ingredient unloading, proportioning and transfer system. The height of the access door has been designed to receive small bags, which is particularly beneficial to processors who have switched over to bulk bags but still continue to receive minor ingredients in 50 lb bags. Processors with batching operations may choose to have several bag frames for use with one discharge station, allowing them to partially empty, re-tie and store bulk bags.

T6 Integral Hoist Bulk Bag Unloader
The T6 has an integral “I” beam and hoist for lifting and loading bags into the unloader and is directly connected to an enclosed conveyor for direct transfer of product to process machinery. Bulk bags may be brought to the unloader by pallet truck and stored ready for lifting without the need for forklift assistance. Full dust control features are incorporated.
Like all of our bulk bag unloaders, the T6 with integral bag lifter can be provided with a multitude of options such as loss-in-weight batch controls, extended gantry frame & hoist for multi-bag processing, bag dump door, hygienic liner clamp, liner remover, bag massagers to aid material flow, and more. Of course, custom designs are always available.

T7 Multi-Container Bulk Bag Unloader
This bulk bag unloader employs a controllable unloader and a subframe. A bulk bag or rigid container is placed on the subframe which has fork channels to allow loading onto the unloader. The unloader has an integral hopper and flexible spiral conveyor, which feeds the contents from the bag either volumetrically or by weight to process or packaging machinery. The bulk bag unloader also has an interlocked access door where the operator can untie the spout of a bulk bag, or unload small bags of product into the conveyor. This unit is particularly suitable for batching operations requiring ingredients from several sources and methods of supply.

T9-CV Total Containment Bulk Bag Unloader
Spiroflow has developed the T9-CV bulk bag unloader for applications where products handled in bulk bags are fine, powdery and invasive and total containment during unloading in necessary to prevent contamination of the local atmosphere. The T9-CV bulk bag and super sack unloader is also the natural unloading choice when your product is volatile, toxic or explosive.

Flo Style Sloped Hopper Bulk Bag Unloader
Our Flo Series Bulk Bag Unloaders are a design approach from our Control & Metering acquisition. The Flo 40, Flo 60 & Iso Flo designs feature a sloped hopper with pulse vibration.
Flo style designs can be combined with the functionality of our T2 (unloading by volume), T3 (loss-in-weight), T4 (single trip bags) & T6 (integral hoist) unloaders to meet your most exacting application needs.
